Retainer & Payments: A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. Remaining balances are due by the date stated in your contract.
Cancellations: If you cancel, the retainer is non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to availability and updated pricing.
Image Rights: Jessica Muniz Photography retains the copyright to all images and may use them for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive usage rights for personal use.
Delivery: Galleries are delivered digitally within the timeframe outlined in your contract. Print and album orders may be subject to additional terms.
Limitation of Liability: In the unlikely event of equipment failure, illness, or unforeseen circumstances, liability is limited to a full refund of payments made.
